1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing Dropshot Games, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional rules posted for a game, promotion, or tournament. You may use the platform only if you are legally able to form a binding contract, satisfy the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction, and are physically located in a place where the offered contests are permitted.
Location and age restrictions
Cash games, entry fees, prizes, and withdrawals may be unavailable in some jurisdictions. Dropshot may require age verification, identity verification, geolocation confirmation, and other checks before you can participate in certain contests or receive payouts.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep that information updated.
Account restrictions
- One account per person unless Dropshot expressly authorizes otherwise.
- No account sharing, impersonation, or use of false identity information.
- No access through VPNs, location spoofing, automation, or other circumvention tools.
3. Cash contests, fees, and prizes
Entry fees, prizes, scoring rules, and contest formats will be described in the applicable game or tournament interface. Dropshot may deduct platform fees, processing charges, taxes, offsets, or other disclosed amounts from entry pools or payouts where permitted by law.
No guarantee of availability
Dropshot may suspend, modify, or cancel contests for operational, technical, legal, integrity, or risk reasons. If a contest cannot be completed as intended, Dropshot may void entries, issue credits, or take another reasonable resolution measure consistent with the posted rules.
4. Fair play and prohibited conduct
Players must compete fairly and independently. Cheating, collusion, scripting, bot use, account abuse, unauthorized third-party assistance, exploit usage, and device or network manipulation are prohibited. Dropshot may investigate suspicious activity and take action including warnings, contest reversal, forfeiture, withdrawal holds, account suspension, or permanent closure.
5. Deposits and withdrawals
Funding methods and withdrawal options may be limited by jurisdiction, payment processor, or account status. Deposits and withdrawals can be delayed or denied while verification, fraud review, or dispute investigation is pending.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, brand assets, software, game content, designs, and related materials are owned by Dropshot or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
7. Suspension and termination
Dropshot may suspend or terminate access to any account or feature at any time if it reasonably believes you violated these terms, created legal or operational risk, or used the platform in a manner inconsistent with the intended rules of competition.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Dropshot disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropshot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
9. Disputes
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact Dropshot at legal@dropshot.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Your final version of these terms should specify governing law, venue, arbitration, class action waiver, or other dispute procedures as advised by counsel.
10. Changes to terms
Dropshot may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after a material update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
